Bar Talk: what you're wondering, answered

General Services

What kinds of events do you bartend?

We serve weddings, engagement parties, corporate events, holiday celebrations, backyard bashes, graduation parties, bachelor and bachelorette parties - you name it. If there's a toast involved, we're there.

Do you provide the alcohol?

Do to Michigan liquor laws, we do not supply the alcohol. You provide the booze, and we provide everything else to make it shine. In a pinch? Ask us about our alcohol delivery process. Need help creating a shopping list? We've got you. 

Are you insured?

Yes! We carry fill liquor liability insurance so your event is covered - and you can relax. 

Do you need electricity or water?

It depends on your setup. We'll chat through all the event details ahead of time to make sure everything runs smoothly. 


Pricing & Payments

How much do you charge?

Every event is unique, so pricing depends on your guest count, hours of service, and setup needs. Fill out our contact form for a custom quote made just for you.

Is gratuity included?

We typically add an automatic gratuity to the final invoice (no awkward tip jars here unless you request one). We believe great service deserves great appreciation - and our bartenders bring it every time. 

Do you require a deposit?

Yes - we require a deposit to lock in your date. The remaining balance is due before your event. 


What's Included?

What's included in your bartending packages?

Our base service includes professional bartenders, bar tools, setup & cleanup, and a whole lot of personality. You can also add on cooler access, mixers, garnishes, disposable cups, and more.

Can you help us plan a cocktail menu?

Absolutely! We love crafting signature cocktails and themed drink menus. Whether you're into classy classics or backyard crowd pleasers, we'll help you find your perfect pours.


Booking & Cancellation

How far in advance should I book?

We book up fast during peak seasons (hello, summer weddings), so we recommend securing your date as early as possible - 3-6 months out is ideal.

What's your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable, but we'll do our best to accommodate rescheduling when possible. Life happens - we get it. 


Day Of Details

When do you arrive to set up?

We typically arrive 1-2 hours before service starts to get everything picture perfect.

Do you handle cleanup?

Yes! We clean our station and remove any bar related trash so you're not stuck with sticky surprises the next morning. 

Do you travel?

We're based in South Haven and love serving Southwest Michigan - but we're happy to hit the road for the right party. A small travel fee may apply for events outside our service radius. 


Safety First

Are your bartenders certified?

Yes! Our team is trained, professional, and fully certified to serve responsibly and stylishly. 

Do you check IDs?

You bet. We're all about having a good time - safely and legally.

Can you cut someone off if needed?

If a guest has had too much, we'll handle it kindly but firmly. Your guests' safety (and your peace of mind) comes first.
